Flat Rate Shipping: Just $5.00 for all orders under $50.
Delivery Area: We currently ship to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Carrier Details: Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Easy Returns & Exchanges We take pride in the handcrafted quality of our accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items: All sales are final on ADORA collection styles (SKUs starting with "AD") and items marked as Final Sale.
Return Limits: To sustain our free shipping offers, returns are limited to 3 hats or 3 bags per order.
Promotional Returns: For BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one item is kept, the refund will be adjusted to half the order total.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@sunnsand.com within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement.
